All appointments are booked online through Fresha — you’ll find the link at the top of this page. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, and it’s deducted from your final service total.
What should I expect during my appointment?
Every appointment starts with a one-on-one consultation, so we can talk through your face shape, lifestyle, and what you’re actually after before anything begins. The studio is calm and unrushed — no clock-watching, no back-to-back bookings — so you can settle in and enjoy the process.
Will lash extensions or a lash lift damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly. Every set is fitted to your natural lash strength so there’s no unnecessary strain, and with proper aftercare (avoiding oil-based products, gentle cleansing) your natural lashes stay healthy underneath.
How long do lash extensions last, and when do I need an infill?
Extensions shed naturally along with your own lash cycle, so most clients book infills every 2–3 weeks to keep a full look. A lash lift and tint typically lasts 6–8 weeks.
Does lip blush or cosmetic tattoo hurt, and how long does it last?
A numbing cream is applied throughout, so most clients describe mild discomfort rather than pain. Results generally last 1–3 years depending on your skin and lifestyle, with a touch-up recommended 6–8 weeks after your first session.
Is cosmetic tattoo safe, and will it look natural?
Yes. We use premium pigments, sterile single-use needles, and strict hygiene protocols throughout. Results are designed to look soft and natural, and to fade gracefully over time rather than shift in tone.
Who may not be suitable for certain treatments?
Some conditions, medications, or life stages — like pregnancy, recent Accutane use, or a history of cold sores (relevant for lip treatments) — may affect suitability. Reach out before booking so we can guide you with full transparency.
